Returns Policy

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer refunds or cancellations. We value our customers and always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Hence all pieces curated and orders shipped undergo rigorous quality control.

  • Any additional size tips e.g item has stretch or item runs small or relaxed fit

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

We offer store credit for an exchange initiated within 5 days of delivery. Garments must be in pristine condition with original packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your return package is delivered to us. Due to current health regulations, please allow ~10 business days for processing. You will receive a final confirmation email once your return is processed and a credit has been issued.

 

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment or return won't be approved.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Though highly rare, please contact customer service speedily if you receive a damaged item.
